SMS Communications Terms

These SMS Communications Terms apply to all text message (SMS) communications between Inner Path Sanctuary LLC and you, and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
SMS Program Description and Use Cases. By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in via the assessment form at innerpathsanctuary.com/the-inner-path-assessment, you consent to receive non-promotional SMS messages from Inner Path Sanctuary LLC. The program is used solely for customer-care purposes related to your assessment, including intro call confirmations, scheduling links, and follow-up communications about your assessment results. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS through this program.
Frequency. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions. Messages are limited to those reasonably necessary to support your assessment and intro call.
Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Inner Path Sanctuary LLC is not responsible for any charges your carrier applies for sending or receiving SMS.
Opt-Out Instructions. You may unsubscribe from our SMS program at any time by texting STOP to any message we send. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We will send a single confirmation message and will not send any further SMS. You may also reply HELP at any time for assistance.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer. Wireless carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or partially delivered SMS messages. Inner Path Sanctuary LLC is not liable for any technical issues, delivery delays, or message failures caused by your carrier or any intermediary network.
Age Restriction. The SMS program is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to consent to receive SMS messages. Persons under 18 may not enroll in the SMS program.
Privacy. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at innerpathsanctuary.com/privacy-policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Changes to These SMS Terms. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at innerpathsanctuary.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
