CLEARDRIFT: QUIT VAPING — PRIVACY POLICY

ClearDrift: Quit Vaping is published by Inner Path Sanctuary LLC (Inner Path Coaching), operated by Kayne Young. Contact: kayne@innerpathsanctuary.com.

ClearDrift does not require an account. Your quit date, craving history, exercise responses, personal plans, progress, and preferences are stored on your device. The app does not send this information to us or third parties and includes no advertising or analytics services.

If you allow notifications, ClearDrift schedules local reminders on your device. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

ClearDrift is a paid download with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. It does not use RevenueCat. Apple or Google handles the store payment under its own privacy policy. ClearDrift does not receive your payment-card details.

App data remains on your device until you remove it. On Android, delete it using Settings > Apps > ClearDrift > Storage > Clear storage. On iOS, delete the app to remove its local data. Device backups and restoration may retain or restore app data according to your Apple or Google backup settings; manage those copies through your device or backup provider.

ClearDrift is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. Privacy questions or requests to delete correspondence can be sent to kayne@innerpathsanctuary.com. We may update this policy as the app changes and will show the effective date here.

OTHER MOBILE APPS

Our mobile apps — QuietDrift: Tinnitus Relief, Moondrift: Sleep Sounds, and Sanctum: Meditation & 8D Audio (iOS and Android) — are published by developer Kayne Young (Inner Path Coaching / Inner Path Sanctuary, innerpathsanctuary.com) and are account-free. You can use every feature without creating an account or signing in. In Sanctum, journal entries are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. QuietDrift stores your tinnitus tone settings and preferences locally on your device only. None of these three apps collect your name, email, location, or any data that identifies you. The only information processed is anonymous in-app purchase data (handled by Apple or Google and our purchase processor, RevenueCat) used to deliver purchases you make; it is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.

Inner Path Coaching ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information when you visit innerpathsanctuary.com or engage with our services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you complete the Inner Path Assessment, submit a contact form or book a discovery call, subscribe to receive resources, meditations, or written content, purchase products through our Gumroad storefront, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text message.

The information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, responses to assessment questions, and any other details you choose to share with us.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the website, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This information is used to improve site performance and understand how visitors interact with our content.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations, deliver coaching services, assessments, and personalized recommendations, send appointment reminders and scheduling updates, provide requested resources including ebooks, meditations, and worksheets, communicate updates about our services when you have opted in to receive them, process purchases and deliver digital products, and maintain accurate business records.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Inner Path Coaching, the following terms apply:

What You Will Receive: Appointment reminders, session confirmations, scheduling updates, and occasional follow-up communications from your coach. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services.

Consent is Optional: You are never required to consent to SMS messaging in order to receive coaching services, schedule a call, or use the website. SMS opt-in is entirely separate from any other communication or service we provide.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also reply HELP for assistance. Standard opt-out keywords (STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) are honored automatically.

Data Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors that support our messaging platform, and only to the extent necessary to deliver messages you have requested.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is stored securely through trusted third-party platforms, including Google Workspace (email and calendar), Formspree and FormSubmit (form delivery), GoHighLevel (client communication and SMS messaging), and Gumroad (digital product fulfillment). Each of these providers maintains its own security and privacy practices, which we have reviewed before integrating them into our operations.

We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the services you have requested or as required by law.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information subject to legal and contractual obligations, withdraw consent for SMS messaging or email communications at any time, and opt out of analytics or non-essential website tracking.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

The website may contain links to third-party services such as Gumroad, YouTube, Spotify, and others. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing personal information.

ANALYTICS AND TRACKING

The website may use small data files placed on your device to remember your preferences and understand site usage. You can control these through your browser settings. We do not use these files to identify you personally or share information with advertisers.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers are located. By using the website, you consent to this transfer.
